After I successfully added a file to the 10.12 unlicensed version my 10.17 paid version now adds the file again...Thanks for your help, time and patience. Very strange we all had the same issue the same day hopefully yours will resolve as well

I have the 10.17 adding jpegs but no mp4 videos. Videopad worked last night no changes have been made.

Version 10.17 has stopped uploading Mp4s. It uploads jpegs still but won't upload any Mp4 video file. The Mp4s play perfectly and I have many.. They are not corrupted. I was never given registration as Microsoft installed this to my account over the phone. The registration link you gave fails to recognize my email.

Your link uninstalled my paid version. I am worse off than I started. Why?! $160 CDN only works for a month? Man, is that disappointing. Why would a program stop working? -0-0- Ok borate I got my 10.17 version working again why can't I upload my my mp4 files anymore?
