Exporting with MPEG4 and lossless seems to maintain the original bitrate. Thanks

Is this export bitrate setting really working? Even when I select 40000kbs the file size is less than 200MB with bitrate of 300kbs.

I am trying to trim a few min from the tail end of a 1.2GB MP4 file. Original bitrate is 3800 kbs The output file created is 187MB with 600 kbs bitrate Is it possible to keep the original bitrate ?
