When I record on Express Dictate the recorded sound fades in and out on my office computer. My assistant claims she has the same issue when using Express Scirbe to transcribe the dictation. However I also use Express Dictate on my home computer and the recording is clear and does not fade in and out .My assistant has no problems with it fading in and out as well when sent from my home computer.
I checked the Express Dictate settings on both computers are they are the same. Appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
