I need help. Yesterday I was able to convert all my desktop icons into picture thumbnails on my HP. But today, when i turned on my machine, they all reverted back to icons not picture thumbnails. What did i do wrong? I am a computer challenged person, so i was thrilled that i was able to convert, or so i thought.😪
