I have a trouble with DialDictate using! In our company, we have the Skype for Business server and the AudioCodes server for VoIP telephony there! At the one time, people in our company are calling to another people for conversation and we are using the DialDictate programm for conversation recording. After the type recording, we need to listen the recorded conservations for transcription. While a type listening, we can hear two people, which using DialDictate in our company and the second person are talking with customer in the background in the record's type with sound interferences. How to solve it?
