Hi. Can someone help? I was able to convert jpg format to a svg format but when try to use it with Brother ScanNCut machine I get a message "The file your attempting to access is not supported". Machine works perfectly with other converted svg images but not image converted by Pixilion. Any advise/ suggestion??? Thanks a lot
