The same thing is happening to me. I attempted all the printer suggestions with no result. I have contacted them and at their request sent copies of the printed sheets. After sending several "enlarged" copies for better visualization they responded with this email, "Thank you for contacting us and this issue was reported to the developers for further testing. Sadly, NCH Software does not have an estimate when the issue would be addressed but as soon as we have news to share on this matter we will notify you by email." I'm not sure what that means but it's what I got.
