My name is Steve. I'm shooting 1080i to M2T But converts MP4 to letter box with compressed images . I have tried every setting in Prism to resolve this. But had no success. Could someone please advise away to solve this issue. It has never done this before. So I'm perplexed to why it does it now. Thank you.
