I'm an old user of VideoPad that just started using again. I've seen several topics in this forum that shows the same problem I'm having. I can load an .mp4 file and can hear it but not see the video. I wanted to give a little more information on the issue. VideoPad Professional v 8.96 But the interesting thing is it's not affecting all .mp4 files, just some. Here's an .mp4 file created by an old version of VP about 3 years ago. It works fine. I can read the file and see the video when I play it back. I can import it but when I play it I only get sound. When I export the video I get a message that the file is corrupt.
