Probably a kludge: I've been able to use the "Save Report as CSV" and then work on the individual line items there (in Excel). Two troubles with that (for me). First, any notes associated with the entries get filtered out in the report. Second, any value over $999.99 shows a space " " as the thousands separator rather than a comma. This makes the value not a number as far as Excel is concerned. I've been using a complex text string function to convert these problem cells to numbers, but it is a bit tiresome.
I would like to see the functioality you describe.
