  1. I am starting with a CONSTANT Frame Rate video...I have tried many different Export settings (always choosing a CONSTANT option), as well as Lossless... Every single time I get a VARIABLE Frame Rate video after conversion. I appreciate any advice or insight as to why this is happening. Here is my SOURCE Video (specs per MediaInfo):Video ID : 1 Format : AVC Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec Format profile : High@L4.2 Format settings : CABAC / 2 Ref Frames Format settings, CABAC : Yes Format settings, Reference frames : 2 frames Format settings, GOP : M=3, N=30 Codec ID : avc1 Codec ID/Info : Advanced Video Coding Duration : 16 min 9 s Bit rate : 34.8 Mb/s Width : 1 920 pixels Height : 1 080 pixels Display aspect ratio : 16:9 Frame rate mode : Constant Frame rate : 59.940 (60000/1001) FPS Color space : YUV Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0 Bit depth : 8 bits Scan type : Progressive Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.280 Stream size : 3.93 GiB (99%) Language : English Encoded date : UTC 2020-10-27 03:45:21 Tagged date : UTC 2020-10-27 03:45:21 Color range : Limited Color primaries : BT.709 Transfer characteristics : BT.709 Matrix coefficients : BT.709 Codec configuration box Here is the CONVERTED Video (specs per MediaInfo): ID : 1 Format : AVC Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec Format profile : Main@L4.2 Format settings : CABAC / 1 Ref Frames Format settings, CABAC : Yes Format settings, Reference frames : 1 frame Codec ID : avc1 Codec ID/Info : Advanced Video Coding Duration : 1 h 5 min Bit rate : 31.5 Mb/s Width : 1 920 pixels Height : 1 080 pixels Display aspect ratio : 16:9 Frame rate mode : Variable Frame rate : 60.000 FPS Minimum frame rate : 58.851 FPS Maximum frame rate : 62.439 FPS Color space : YUV Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0 Bit depth : 8 bits Scan type : Progressive Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.253 Stream size : 14.3 GiB (99%) Codec configuration box : avcC
