  1. This seems simple as you describe it but I keep getting off track somehow. Can't find the window you refer to into which you drag your files. I'll keep working on it. Thanks. Jack LaterP : Kinda getting there but can't find "measure" under "Analyze."

  3. What do you mean you downloaded Audacity? Did you then transfer your entire file to Audacity? I looked at Audacity in order to get a better idea of what to do, but I didn't download it. I'd love to know how you did that transfer. And what did Audacity have that WavePad didn't have? I got my file to -29 dB, but haven't lowered it below that yet.
  4. Yes. Just finishing up my second. Not sure what I did, but my first one was accepted right away. It's all kind of mysterious to me. I'm working with Authors Republic, and they seem to be quite patient (so far).
  5. I'm thinking now that the program wants ANY dB number BETWEEN -18 and -23 dB RMS. I was looking to have a high and a low. I think now that they didn't want that. I've resubmitted my audio file at -20dB. Waiting to hear.
  6. I had this issue, also. I only see ONE place to set the gain. So how does one put in the TWO levels (low and high)?
