On a related note, what if I am editing to an .mp4 (or any container, honestly)? I'd like to maintain chapters in my video file, but I only see options for creating them on a DVD. Is there a way to create and preserve the chapters when exporting to a file, rather than burning to DVD? I've tried even creating both dvd image and data files and working them back through Handbrake, and I get no chapter indicators.
Oh, and as preface, I do have the project setup with bookmarks, and exporting with h264, so neither of those should be an issue.
