I purchased the Express Scirbe Transcription Software Pro License. I inserted the disk in the computer. I chose a .wav file. I highlighted that file and I cannot get it to play no matter what I do. I have installed the foot pedal and I hear nothing. I press play and hear nothing. I don't see any movement with the counter either. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
