Greetings Kindly advice .., whenever I add sale prices that is more than R1000 the system pop a message to say I should add normal currency but when I add less amount it takes it .. confusing our GP.. Kindly advice .. I’m new

Kindly assist .. I just entered my cost amount .. but when I enter sales price I get a pop up message to enter a proper currency value .For description only ( non charge items ) enter 0 i don’t understand
