So it's a rolling subscription, good to know :( I've noticed that the database for the artwork/artist info gets super limited after 6 months and the only fix is to pay for the rolling upgrade every six months. No thanks, I'll be looking elsewhere for a CD ripper that doesn't bleed their customer base.

It seems that every six months my purchased/registered version os Switch and Express Rip expires. I can't use them until I pay more money. I looked at my purchase records and I've already purchased Switch and ER three (3) times now over the last two years!

Everytime I put a CD and use this ripper, I get "the operation failed when trying to access the online album database". Using Win 10
