Hello Adam, You can setup IVM to accept unanswered calls from Axon. For example: An Axon extension (by default) is configured to forward call to Voicemail (Ext: 199) after ringing for 14 seconds. You can use the default OGM for Voicemail in IVM or modify it as required. Anuj
