When I clicked "uninstall" a menu popped up in which was an option to downgrade to the free version so I selected that and now everything is working. I guess I was unintentionally working on the demo version. Thanks for the help!

I've made a video in Video Pad but when I click any of the options in the export video tab I get a message saying that I need the paid version in order to do that. The only anwser I found was to export in .avi format but the message appears even when I try to open the export wizard. Forgot to mention, I'm using the free version of the software.
