I am impressed. Thank you. I was afraid that it's a problem with my hardware and you've confirmed that. I'm upgrading my graphics drivers and I'll add RAM asap. Do you think that'll do it? I'll also be adding an SSD which I hope will help speed things up. I am overdue for a new computer but am hoping to hold out a bit longer. I can't thank you enough. Ron

I'm doing some very simple edits to a Zoom video. Just cuts, intro and outro titles -- nothing fancy. Before I did a test export, I noticed the preview video had lots of black blocks, pixellations and such, which were exported to the new, shorter mp4. I've tried a few things but can't seem to import a clean version of the original video. I'm hoping it's something embarrassingly simple that I just missed. Please take a look at 38 minutes into the edited product which corresponds to about 47 minutes into the original vid. I forgot to add that I'm using Windows 10 on an HP Z400 with a Xenon W3565 CPU, 3.2ghz, w/ 8gb RAM (to be doubled as soon as my order arrives). Videopad ver 8.75. Thank you! Ron
