I've been having this issue for a couple weeks. I also reinstalled, and installed the debug version, sent them the data file.... Haven't heard anything as of yet, but it still doesn't work except for the beep.

This hasn't worked for me for a couple weeks not. Same thing, it just stopped working. I still get the beep but it doesn't expand. I've sent them the Debug file, still waiting to hear what is going on....
