More of the same with those two!

It appears to install ok, but as soon as I open it the machine starts beachballing and I have to force quit...

Any more ideas?!

Just downloaded VideoPad on Mac OS 10.9.5, and it opens but is completely unresponsive, while my multicolored beachball spins around!

Any ideas??
