Pity NCH didn't just tell me that when I contacted them. They suggested I remove the program and reinstall it. Did all that, but seems like it was never going to work anyway.

Hello. I have been using Express Rip for a while but it has never gathered any album art. Today I deleted the program and reinstalled but still no luck when I ripped a disc (Bob Marley - Catch A Fire) Does anyone get album art to download and if so how? Thanks.

Just requested a refund as the software is no longer fit for purpose so will see what response that gets.

Got some new CDs that need ripping. When will this be sorted please?
