When you save a MixPad project, all audio files are saved into the project's data folder. This means that if you want to move your project to a different computer or location, the things you need to save are the project file and associated data folder.

  18. Verify that the extension has loaded correctly by going to your OS X System Preferences and selecting Sound. In the Output tab you should see the Tone Generator as Recorder device. Select this device to make it the system's preferred output device. This will cause most applications (such as iTunes) to use it as their output device.

    I´m not sure I understand what you are trying to do, are you trying to monitor what you are recording? If so, you need to have an ASIO compatible hardware to monitor what you are recording.
