I’ve had this problem and have been very upset after working very had and long hours to create my music and then losing it. I have emailed nch but they haven’t got back to me yet. I am literally at my wits end with this problem. The only solution that seems to work at the moment is when you’ve finished your track is to convert it to mp3 wv and save the file on your desktop. At least this way you know where to find it and it seems pretty secure so far🥺

I seem to be losing my recordings on a regular basis now and it getting quiet annoying. I save the file when I have finished recording but when I go to open them up the next day I get a message saying loading error file is lost or deleted. Has anyone else had this problem or know the solution to this problem please?
