  1. I have to agree with miogpsrocks (earlier thread), a statement such as "A free version of VideoPad is available for non-commercial use only" is misleading. I have updated VideoPad Free edition at least a couple of times and have never noticed a difference in the export feature. For no more often than I use the software I would have chosen not to update had I of known it was a trial release instead of the free version update as in the past. With that said it is free software provided by NCH and their policy is indeed generous. I am very inexperienced and videos I create consist of images and an audio. I recently created a video consisting of 64 images with an audio file. Everything seemed to work as I wanted, so I saved the project. The next day when I opened the project and viewed it in the Storyboard only a few of the images populated in the Storyboard. Clicking in the individual spaces where the images should be resulted in the image appearing. The audio file appeared as it should when I viewed it in the Timeline. I could watch the video in the Preview Frame even though the images were not in the Storyboard. I imagine I need to do something simple to fix this I just don't know what. As always I appreciate all replies and would thank you in advance. John
  2. Does anyone know if the WavePad Sound Editor Free Version is 10.58 or 10.67.0.0? Thanks in advance. John
  3. I just finished copying the audio from the PowerPoint file and saving the audio as an .mp3 file. Piece of cake. Amazing what one can do when the correct information is input. I have also, some time ago, taken advantage of the free VideoPad Video Editor. I have a little experience with Videos, so I was able to accomplish what I wanted with no difficulty. I am just so thankful to NCH Software for making the free software available to us. I use the software so seldom I can't justify purchasing it. One question regarding the forum, are members responsible for deleting their posts? If so, how do I delete my answered posts? John
  4. Imagine my embarrassment when I realized the file having the audio I wanted to copy was not a video file but a PowerPoint file. I am 75 years old and my eyesight is not what it used to be. Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Stay Safe! John
  5. I recently installed the Free WavePad Sound Editor, I wanted to join two audio files I had which I accomplished without too much trouble. I have a video which I would like to now copy the audio. My question is can I copy audio from a video, with the Free WavePad Sound Editor and if so is there a tutorial or instructions that I can access. It should be obvious I am new to audio software so please excuse my ignorance. If another member can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it very much. I will appreciate all replies and would thank you in advance. John
