According to my test, iDealshare VideoGo also works great to increase volume of wav, mp3, aac, flac, mp4, avi, mov etc. Step 1: Click Add File button to add the media file, Step 2: Simply click "Setting..." -> "Advanced" tab, then go to "Audio" column, click 100% tab on the right side of volume to select volume ratio from the drop-down list.
