I've just purchased Pixillion Image Format Converter (Premium Edition) to convert Canon CR2 files to Tiff. I ticked the box to keep/show EXIF data, but all the basic data is MISSING. Camera, and shooting settings are all gone! HELP I want that data showing - and I only need this basic conversion function. Sony provide a free converter, Canon is seems don't. I'm new to Canon. Have I made a mistake, or just spent a lot of money on a dud program? PS I want to convert on my PC and not online
