I have the same problem as Ben above. I am only a hobbyist playing around with song writing and mixing. I'm not making any money from it plus i'm on a small fixed income. When I researched FREE DAWs, there wasn't any mention of a trial period or having to purchase after a period of time. Your current price is rather extraordinary for my situation.
