Good morning! Thank you for getting back and sorry for the late reply. I did what you mentioned but nothing. When I re-add the video to overlay (and goes Track 2) it doesn't show the background at all !!! I still get to see the black bars on the right and left. I use VideoPad Pro 8.42

Hi, I want to make a video for youtube. The video is vertical so I don't want the black bars (right, left) to be shown. Therefore I followed the instructions, duplicated the video, added it in Video Track 1 & Video Track 2, applied the effects Scale and Blur on Video Track 1 (is the lower Video Track). While the Sequence Preview shows the video exactly the way I want it when I'm exporting it to 1080p mp4 it's all wrong! I don't get the result I want... In Clip Preview though I don't see the result I want. I think I'm missing something but don't know what. Any help would be very much appreciated!
