ts like voxal corrupted my headphones, i need help

I decided to delete it, and now my headphones are screeching and i cnt make it stop

My microphone stopped working the second i downloaded this. Instead of hearing my microphone, it picks up system sounds, like gameplay, which sounds terrible since its meant for a voice, even when I go to setting t doesn't recognize my voice.
