excuse my ignorance as I feel I should know this but, what does the Mp3 Patent License Fees select for legal use of joint stereo or low bitrate under 32kbps mp3 mode addon do? For that what is the 'AMR Encoder - Patent License Fees for legal AMR encoding' add on as well? what are these items/terms and do I need them?
