Hey folks, sorry if this question has been answered previously but I am having trouble converting .mp4 files to .mov format. Each time I try the conversion, I get to the "99% completed" stage and then it hangs. I have let it run for over an hour to see if it would finish but no luck. I have tried converting to other file formats and it seems to work ok. Any help would be much appreciated … thanks! -David-
