I am a new ExpressScribes user and have installed the software on a Windows 7 PC. The software worked fine but then stopped playing audio files and giving me the following error: Opening audio file failed. Cannot open the file ... It is possibly either corrupt or not a true layer-3 MPEG file. Has anyone experienced and solved this issue. I have reported the issue to support but haven't received a resolution after 21 days so far. The same files can be played on ExpressScribes installed on a Windows 10 PC.
