To the IT department: I was using your program debut to screen record an online lecture . Unfortunately, my laptop shut off unexpectedly . Once the laptop was restarted , The recorded file can’t open Is the recording lost ? Or is there any method to retrieve it? Kind regards and awaiting your instructions
