I'm in my 2nd month using videopad professional. it's done exactly what I wanted it to until the last week, when the exported videos are coming out at about 20 percent of the normal size, set in the midst of big black screen. I assume I hit a bad button somewhere, but I have tried everything and nothing seems to help.I need the full size videos or the program is useless to me. Ideas?
