Thanks for your reply. This is the camera that is built into this windows 10 PC. The camera works with the built in camera app, but doesn't work with zoom or with Debut. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling them with no success.

I have just installed the professional version of debut software, and it is unable to see my built in webcam. The webcam works in Microsoft camera app. Debut tells me that the video/sound source is unplugged, and that it is unable to connect with the device.
