Have just updated to WavePad 10.27 for Mac OS and am gutted that I'm not able to change the appearance to the classic green on black background view which was so much clearer and comfortable on the eyes. I've submitted a suggestion to the developers in the hope that this option will be added into the next software upgrade to save screen 'snow blindness'. Really not looking forward to using this software now after 15 years working with it. May well look for an alternative. Feeling sad :'(
