Hi there, I recently purchased the basic Express Scribe Transcription software and then realized it was not compatible to my .dss files. Then I purchased the upgrade to the PRO version, and the same errors are coming up "file not convertible" in red at the bottom of the page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, nothing seems to work. Any guidance would be much appreciated!
