Do you have a helpdesk that either I or our IT guys can contact for support, we need information on reinstalling a version of Express Scribe on a desktop that was used by an employee who is no longer employed with us? I think the computer has been rebuilt since she left. Are the licences unique to a single user (We have purchased 2 x ES Pro licences) or is there a version we can upgrade to which will allow multiple users (max 3) to use in a small business, thanks
