My issue is that WavePad records the noise of me going into the Voice Booth but stops recording PRIOR to my voice work. What's that about? Also, the waveline sometimes doesn't even show up.

UI have the same issue. My computer in in a room separate from my booth. I can hear, on the recording the door to my booth opening and closing. But the recording stops by the time I begin my VO and all I wind up with is a recording of my door opening and closing.
