What you can try is doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Prism folder folders: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Prism If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files. After deleting the Prism older, restart your computer then install it again from the next link: If you still getting issues, you can send all the files and information here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=Prism&support

Importing raw audio file with arbitrary number of channels
DannR replied to Andrew Madry's topic in WavePad
Most of the time, when you load a file into the Wavepad, this would display just 1 audio, and not split into channels. In this case, what you can do is load the file using the trial version of the MIXPAD program, you can download it from here: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpsetup.exe -
-Try burning at lower speeds (Highly effective). -Try using different brands of quality blank media like Taiyo Yuden, or Sony. -Try upgrading your writer's firmware. In the meantime lets reinstall again the program and add again the files. You can reinstall the software from the next link: https://www.nch.com.au/components/burnsetup.exe If you continue having problems contact the NCH Technical Support Team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

Unfortunately, the program doesn't have a feature like this, you would need to do it manually. so you can add the audio to the second track, the track 1 would be for the recording. Speech to text requires a SAPI speech-to-text engine to be installed on your computer. Most Windows machines already have it installed. You can also install software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking or any other engine which claims SAPI compliance. Speech Recognition is slow and takes some time. Test it with a short file first. We recommend you use a work-ahead system (ie. proof one file while waiting for speech-to-text of another). For information on setting up Speech to Text, please follow the directions in https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/657.html

default "tax value" or "TVA(20%)" in csv import file
DannR replied to r2d2r01's topic in Express Accounts
To import a list, open the Items list, right-click in the Items dialog and click Import Items from CSV. Browse to the CSV file and open it. The Match CSV Fields dialog will open in Express Accounts. You'll need to match up the columns from the CSV file with headings in Express Accounts. -
1. Open the program, then click File or the green button at the top left-hand side of the screen 2. Click on Register Software 3. Enter your registration code 4. Click Register and you should then see "Licensed software" at the top. Then on Debut, please go to 'Options' then under the 'Audio' tab please check the box for 'Speakers' then click OK to save the changes. If that would not resolve the issue, then please set your sound card or "Stereo Mix" option as your Windows default recording device before trying again. Go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording menu > select your sound card or Stereo Mix and set as default. If these options are not listed, right-click on the blank area, select "Show disabled devices", look for the option, select, click "Set default", click OK. When ready, go to Debut options > Audio > checkmark Microphone and/or Speakers boxes and click OK to retest.

Printing on reverse side of "Standard CD case - Front"
DannR replied to UsualNoise's topic in Disketch
Unfortunately, the program doesn't present this as a feature or as a tool. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ -
You can load the files and then just connect on a single track, then you can export this as an audio file and add it to your USB. You would notice that you have several Audio Tracks, load the audio files, so you can select the sections or just copy-paste and add those sections and parts to a single track. then just save the file selecting the format.
-
In this case, what you can do is check the Codecs and Profiles compatible from this Mic, and verify the same information when you save the file, also, depending on the format that you are selecting you can set this. If you keep getting problem, would be better to share the information to the Technical support team: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=WavePad&support

Importing Unit of Measure with product into Inventoria
DannR replied to Dan Murwin's topic in Inventoria
Are you using a CVS file with measures with the product list, or are you just importing changing the measure from the Inventoria Options/Other. The program would allow you to import and synch the information -
Yes, the VideoPad program allows you to load the video file, this would display the Video and the Audio, then you apply an effect selecting the Audio Effects, the Amplify would be available on this list, with other options. Once that you have all this editing done, you can export the project again, selecting the format and the resolution.
-
In this case, the issue is that you would get just the Audio on WavePad, and not the video with the Audio. Even loading the video file to WavePad, the program would display a message asking you what option you would like to use, the Video Editor as VideoPad or continue just the Audio. The best option is to try to use VideoPad, you can load the video and use an Audio Effect (Amplify is on the list). Then you can export the video and the audio that you just edited. If you would like to try VideoPad, you can get it from here: https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/vppsetup.exe

For the composer Select Score, this would display the options to set the Composer, and for the Lyrics, you can select the Notation Tab and select the option Text or Lyrics.
-
In this case, what you can do is select the Auto Trim and set the DB that you need when you get a gap. Another option is to do the complete recording and then do the split of each song manually, so you select the time fame and move each section like a track of the LP.
