In this case, are you loading also an image logo, could be that the size of this is affecting the proportion of the document, check this by selecting Options/Bussiness/Logo and adjusting the size. If you still getting issues, try to send so screenshots showing this to the technical support team, you can contact them via email at support8@nchsoftware.com

  2. What you can try to do is check the information on the main folder, verify if you are getting all the invoices, or business information, another option is to try to share the beck up the folder on another computer and verify. 

    Check the main folder.

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Express Accounts

    If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.
     

  3. How to fix a problem of a program asking to enter code after I already purchased the program?

    you just need to make sure that you registered the software, follow  teh next steps:

    1. Open the program, then click Menu or the green button at the top left-hand side of the screen
    2. Click on Register Software
    3. Enter your registration code without blank spaces after or before
    4. Click Register and you should then see "Licensed software" at the top.

    Once you have done this, you are ready. Restart the program in any case. 

  4. Check that you are selecting the format and the file, also check the output folder,  what you can try to do is reinstall the program. Load the files, and select then, then change the format and set the output folder, click on convert. 

  5. Are you uploading the file from the program or from the YouTube Channel? In this case, the best is to export the file to your computer and made the upload from the website.  Also, check the settings, could be possible that the encoder that you are using is not working. 

    Use VideoPad to upload the file.

  6. Para conectar Express Invoice e Inventoria, ambos necesitan estar instalados en el mismo equipo.

    1. Haga clic en el botón Opciones en la barra de herramientas en Express Invoice

      • Vaya a la pestaña Acceso web
      • Seleccione la casilla de verificación para ya sea Red Local: o Internet
      • Copie la dirección IP a Express Invoice
      • NO incluya http:// o nada después de :. Por ejemplo, si la dirección IP de la red local es "http://148.111.2.33:1097", introduzca "148.111.2.33" en el campo de dirección IP Address.
    6. Introduzca el número de puerto
      • Inventoria tiene un número de puerto determinado 1097
    7. Introduzca el nombre de la ubicación
      • Haga clic en el botón Recuperar ubicaciones para importar las ubicaciones existentes en Inventoria
      • Use la lista desplegable para seleccionar que ubicación necesita actualizar
    8. Presione el botón Actualizar ahora para sincronizar con Inventoria
  7. The WavePad program would allow you to do the recording from the external microphone, in this case, you just need to select the device, from the WavePad Options. Now if you have already the recording, WavePad would allow you also to edit this audio with some effects if is necessary. Can you describe more about what do you need from the program if the issue is that you cannot record or that you need to adjust the recording?  

  8. Try to restart your machine, and also make sure that you register the software if you purchase a license. To do this follow the next steps:

    What you can try to do is select the section using the magic wand so ten you can invert the selection and remove the rest of the image keeping just the black wind vane

  10. You can try to check if your Stereo Mix is enabled? If not try this:

    1. From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel
    2. Click on Hardware and Sound
    3. Click on Sound
    4. Select the Recording tab
    5. Right click on the background of the tab and select Show Disabled Devices
    6. Find the Wave Out Mix ("Stereo Mix", "Record What you hear") item
    7. Right click on it and select Enable

    After enabling the Stereo Mix close and reopen Debut, you should be able to select "Stereo Mix" as a microphone, so uncheck the "Speakers" box, check the "Microphone"  box, select "Stereo Mix" and click OK. As your speakers are not being used for recording, they're free to play while you record.
