  1. The best would be to escalate this to Technical support, you can send them the screenshots. Try to recreate the issue using Steps Recorder, it's a built-in program that will save your steps and create screenshot along the way or try to record it in a video. You can get more info on Steps Recorder and how to use it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/record-steps-to-reproduce-a-problem-46582a9b-620f-2e36-00c9-04e25d784e47

    Email contact: support8@nchsoftware.com

  2. Would be better if you can send an email to the Technical support so they can send you again the information that you need. You can contact they via email to the address support8@nchsoftware.com

  3. If you right-click on the title of any track, you will get a menu with the top option being "Set dB Range" with sub-options: -45dB, -60dB, -90dB, and -120dB, among which the -60dB is the default one.

  4. If you are using ASIO hardware then you can choose the "Monitor channel"  which will allow you to hear what you are recording through your headphones. However, a better approach to monitoring your recording is to use your hardware directly. Most external soundcards will allow you to directly monitor your input via a headphone output. This option will provide you with the best performance and zero latency."

To use Monitor channel in Mixpad, you will need to:

    1 Use an ASIO device.

2 Setup the Monitor channels as shown in the image.

3 Enable the headphone button as shown in the image.

Than you will hear the same sound from the Recording device.

  5. In this case try this, On Debut, please go to 'Options' then under the 'Audio' tab please check the box for 'Speakers' then click OK to save the changes.

If that would not resolve the issue, then please set your sound card or "Stereo Mix" option as your Windows default recording device before trying again. Go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording menu > select your sound card or Stereo Mix and set as default. If these options are not listed, right-click on the blank area, select "Show disabled devices", look for the option, select, click "Set default", click OK.

When ready, go to Debut options > Audio > checkmark Microphone and/or Speakers boxes and click OK to retest.

  6. In this case, at the top left go to "Reports > Inventory" to generate the report, at the top left go to "Report > Save as CSV"

That's the only option available on the program.

  7. Could be a glitch, Let's try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the GoldenVideos folder folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\GoldenVideos

If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

After deleting the GoldenVideos  folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/goldenvideos/gvsetup.exe

That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.

  8. What you can try to do is create small sections for this slideshow, so instead of loading all the images at the same time, try to do a small batch of files, export them, and repeat the process. At the end you should have some videos with your slideshows, so you can just load the videos and export them as a final project.

There a many more steps, but this could help you to avoid the program crash and that you can apply the transitions without a problem. If you still need more help try to contact the technical support team, they can also assist you, and you can contact them here:

    https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=PhotoStage&support

  9. The issue is only with this specific project? Could be possible the number of images that you are loading is too many or that you are applying too many transitions. Try to do small parts of this slideshow.

  10. In this case, The "Plus" registration gives you a full features license to use a single installation of Fling Plus including supporting unlimited number of saved sites and importing and exporting account lists. This would be the only option available, the Plus Version can import and export account lists.

  11. Let's try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Voxal  folder folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Voxal

If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

After deleting the Voxal folder, restart your computer then install it again

  12. If you are referring to changing text in the printed invoice, you can click on Options menu > select Invoice from the left menu > Text > Text tab > from the Heading column, you can find the text that needs to be modified and from the Text column, you can enter the new text.

If you are referring to something else, please be more specific and explain in detail what you are trying to do.

  13. I personally prefer VideoPad, is true both programs are really easy to use, but for editing video, VideoPad provides you the option to load multiple tracks, so you can load many files like videos audio, or images, and have the option to load all in different tracks.

PhotoStage is a Slideshow, yes you load the images and audios too, but you need to edit them all on the same track. Also, you don't get control of the timeframe like on VideoPad.

You can get tutorials for both and the technical support would help you if you have issues with your project.

  14. Could be just a glitch on your installation because teh format is supported by the program, try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Pixillion folder folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Pixillion

If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

After deleting the Pixillion folder, restart your computer then install it again: https://www.nchsoftware.com/imageconverter/pixpsetup.exe

  15. In this case, you can try to do the next steps:

-Try burning at lower speeds (Highly effective).

-Try using different brands of quality blank media like Taiyo Yuden, or Sony.

    -Try upgrading your writer's firmware.

Also verify if there is something missing on your install, and reinstall again.  You can reinstall the software from the next link:

    https://www.nch.com.au/components/burnsetup.exe

You can try this, if you still getting issues try contact the technical support :https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=ExpressBurn&support

  16. Unfortunately, the Collage option would provide you with limited options, and you can use just the templates that the program provides you, also you cannot manage the boxes so for this order that you are looking on your collage, is better to do image by image and use the option Image Overlay.

Is a slow process, but you have more control over the images.

  17. -Well, you can contact Technical support via email, they respond to you even if you don't own a license (support8@nchsoftware.com)

-For the Pixillion supported formats you can have the entire list on the help pages: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/pixillion/win/formats.html
