  1. When you are adding a door the same program would show you the section where you can enter this, now in what perspective are you adding this door, the issue is only with this item, have you try this adding an window? 

    If the issue is with only this project, verify this creating another one, another option that could fix this is reinstalling the program, 

  2. That is not normal, WavePad like you mentioned allows to stops the recording and keep continue recording on the same project. In this case  try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the WavePad folder folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad

    If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

    After deleting the WavePad folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link: https://www.nch.com.au/components/wpsetup.exe

    Try this and check if you keep getting the issues.

    Try again to check if this solve your  issue. 

  4. In this case,  the NCH Software licenses allow 6 months of upgrades, if after this time (6 months) appear a new upgrade, you can get it, but you'll need to pay for it or you can continue using the one that you have.

    You can contact the technical with your registration code, and they would provide you the Software version compatible. 

     


  5. In this case, make sure that you follow the correct steps to trace the floor plan.

    On the Tools tab, click Start Trace Wizard. 
    Select the story that you will start with and click Next.
    Browse for your image file and open it into the program (jpg, png, or pdf)
    Click Start Calibration to enter measurements of a known length of a wall
    Go to the building tab and add your walls
    When you are finished tracing your floor plans, you can toggle this view off or on using the Hide/Show Trace Image button
    Repeat the process to add and trace floor plans for additional stories

  6. If the issue is with any file that you load, the best would be to  try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the MixPad folder folders:

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\MixPad

    If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

    After deleting the MixPad folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpsetup.exe

    That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.

    After deleting the PhotoStage folder, restart your computer then install it again from here: https://www.nchsoftware.com/slideshow/index.html

  8. The program doesn't have the option to edit the files directly, what you can do in this case is convert the file to a docx file and using MW, to edit this. then you can convert again the file to a PDF. 

  9. What you can try to do is select File/ Option/ General Tab/ Uncheck the option Automatic Scan BPM. 
    That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.
