    It could be just a glitch, try to remove the program from the Applications folder, Then restart your machine. After this reinstall again the program from the next link:  https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpmaci.zip

  2. When you create a project on the right side, you would have the levels of the ground. Make sure that you are selecting the correct one. Also if you are selecting the tool for the Pool, as per default this would be stuck on the Ground level. 

    Try to reinstall the software o create a new project to confirm that is not a glitch on the previous installation. 

  3. In this case, could be better to use the MixPad software. This software would allow you to have multiple tracks so you can have the two audios and add a third track for another recording. 

    The WavePad software allows you to edit the audio file but doesn't have the option to load multiple tracks at the same time. You can get the MixPad trial version from here, and verify the software for your needs: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/index.html

  4. Unfortunately, the software doesn't have the option to adjust both of your requests, you cannot delete the numbers or adjust the side. The options that you found on the right side of the program window every time you select Color by numbers would be the only ones for this feature.

  5. In this case, you just need to create a portable folder ( this folder would have all the media files that you use on your project is very useful when you need to work on different machines. To do this, select File -> Back Up Project Files to Folder, or Save Portable Project As. This will save a new copy of the project (.spj) file in the selected folder, and all media files used in the project will also be copied into the same folder. This entire folder can then be saved to backup media, or copied or moved to another computer.

    Once you need to open the project, select the file from this folder, so the media files can load into it.

    Unfortunately, there is no option to know what registration code is on what specific machine. What you can do is contact Technical support and request the Software version compatible with each code.

  7. What you need to do is select the option Transactions, then to have available the option to check number, you need to select the Transaction Type and select Check. Once that you have done this, the option would be available,. 

  8. the screen recording would record teh entire window, is not going to be locked to a specific window. what you can try to do is select the section on your screen where the program would record only that section. 

    Make the section on your screen, and make sure that section is not going to be minimized or extended. another option is to try to do the recording with a dual monitor but set the section of the screen.

    In this case, I recommended using the WavePad which is an audio editor software from NCH too. this allows you to change and adjust more your audio. You can try it here:

  10. Try to reinstall, remove the root folder and install again .

    C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
    C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Debut

    If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.
