HELP I purchased a scan-disk stick, 3.0, 32 gb. I found this app from NCH, back up my laptop. 3rd time trying...obviously not successful. Will do it's thing for about 2 hrs when I think it is VERY close to complete...written error code. I do have screen capture, but...how to provide in the box??????????????????? Larry
