Hi, I was testing a little IVr with ivm, but now installing the 3.03 the IVM installer, has installed the new version on path really differents... I spent my time to corerct the .ivr file, but now can you help to change the path that use IVm to save .wav file ?? is it possible thanks.

Hi, IVM really can do a lot of things, I am looking to solve this question: when a call is too short (<5 sec) IVM erase the message (.wav) but is there a way then to stop the ogm logic ? Is there e variable (%__?__%) that save (vocal) message length? in my test: I BEFORE record a message THEN start ogm (press 1 ... press 2...) but if a silly caller don't speak or press directly 1 go to ogm. Is there a solution?

Thanks, for your reply, but ivm sometimes output this error but sometimes NO ! (I didn't touch anything... the pc actually runs only ivm... often the first call of the morning have this problem). I would spent more time on it maybe : the plugin error is not for fetch... but for: ivmviewer.exe that is not a plugin ! (Do not tick "is plugin process" because it's open only a window for diaryview.txt but do no return nothing !) Is it correct ?

Hi, I am testing IVM on one PC, in a word : P O W E R F U L ! BUT sometimes I can read in (ivm windows) and also in LOG file: plugin did not return before OGM finished playing WHY? PC is quite fast... and all seems work really well. Sometimes there is this error. the plugin (fetch.exe) asks 0.16 sec on the PC (i execute it for 400 times and calculated the total time)
