Rebooted the PC and it's working now. Windows File Explorer was generating the message. No viruases found.

When I load a disk, the software retrieves the info and then a blank browser window pops up with a message: Insert a disc Please insert a disc in drive K: Help me choose a disc (a link which goes to Microsoft support page) Cancel button The drive then immediately ejects my CD.
