BTW, all of the help and tutorials are for Windows v6.xx, but don't look anything like the Mac v5.2.3 version (the latest).

The answer is to open "Preferences" and choose "Other". The line on the bottom allows you to add, delete, and reorder the Payment methods.

I'm trying to add a debit card to the methods in the Make a Payment dialog box. The Windows Help page says to goto Options:Payments. There is no Preferences:Payment option.
