Try going to start run mstsc /console That logs the remote into the session running on the server. If you don't then rdc is in a seperate session and will cause many issues. Max

In your dialing rules, make the 9 go to your outbound external line. I have one inbound line and one outbound. Both VOIP from same supplier, Broadvoice. It works great. Max

Install AXON, then Install IVM. IVM will detect AXON and configure itself. Max

I have AXON and IVM working with 2 Broadvoice lines. Transfers work and I can call in to AXON on Broadvoice line, then transfer to an extension in Axon softphone, Xlite or Express. I can also call an extension that transfers to a outside cell phone or home phone. It took a while, But it does work. Max

I think I have the same problem. I recorded a .wav file called MK PBX.wav I went into the OGM VoIP Call Attendant Start. I changed the audio to the file above. I play it in the OGM settings, and it plays. I close that and Play it in the OGM Manager and it works I play the simulator and it is a synthesized voice. When I call the number it is a synthesized voice. What am I doing wrong. Very Frustrating. Max

I have IVM and AXON, using 2 Broadvoice SIP lines. It works great. What I did was put the SIP lines as external lines in AXON. I made the Dialing rule to use one line for outbound only. I set up extensions and use softphones. I call in on one sip line and it goes to IVM and has a menu to press a number, which transfers back to AXON extension and transfers to employees cell phones. It did take a little while to get it working, but it is workeing great so far. So the answer is "Yes it works exceptionally well."

I am just setting up AXON and IVM. I recorded a .wav file and I can select it in the OGM setup, and play it, but when I dial in I hear the synthesized audio in the script window. I have tried all options I can find. Please tell me how tomake a .wav file replace the synthesized script. Thanks Max
