A couple of months I purchased the AltoEdge Foot Pedal, so I could download and use the free version of the express scribe transcription software I used version 6.06. Every time I started the program, I had to confirm I used the free version. I had to purchase a new computer, so I downloaded a new version from the website under the heading "Express scribe free", it is version 7.03. After using it once or twice, the software wants me to fill in the registration code. I see there is mentioned it seems to be the pro version. I uninstalled it, and tried to download and install the basic free version again. Unsuccessful. I use this software at home, I do some volunteer job for a non profit organisation. So I understand I am entitled for using the free version with the purchased AltoEdge Foot Pedal. How can I solve this problem? Kind regards Jan Verhelst Mortsel, Belgium
